$25,000 … to fund the “Deep and Wide” Project at the Kalamazoo County Jail. “Deep” Life Recovery Bible Study and “Wide” expansion of volunteer projects for Kalamazoo County.
$10,000 … for funding to recruit 10 more chaplains and chaplain training, in order to increase the number of chaplains able to walk alongside and encourage those in need through care, compassion and a ministry of presence.
$12,000 … to purchase furniture and household supplies for four refugee families; and to cover expenses for the church liaison staff.
$15,000 … to provide an additional 300+ hours of financial assistance to people who have little or no ability to pay for counseling. Every dollar equals an opportunity to help people who would otherwise go without help.
$25,000 … to help in the overall effort of building a new Ministry Center on the Eastside of Kalamazoo. Plans are being made to launch a Capital Campaign to build the new facility.
$30,000 … our ongoing commitment toward the continued growth and function of the CarePoint at Centro de Alcance in Guatemala, where orphaned and vulnerable children receive nutritional and educational support, as well as regular discipleship.
$30,000 … the third and final year of our commitment toward the training of 60 churchplanters, the training of 2,000 learners in adult literacy classes, and ongoing support for children’s Bible Clubs.
